  • If you are seeking premium clinical care for a serious medical condition (like Diabetes or Kidney disease), you must provide authentic recent laboratory reports if requested by our dietitian to ensure your own health safety.

2. Free Tools and Informational Content

  • Free Calculators: The BMI, Ideal Body Weight (IDW), and Free Diet Plan tools on this website are powered by automated algorithms for general estimation purposes only. They are 100% free, but they do not replace a real clinical check-up.
  • Intellectual Property: All content, articles, and blogs published on this website are owned by Diet Care Clinic and Roshan Nazar. You may read and share our content for personal use, but copying or republication for commercial gain without permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Premium Consultation & Booking Process

  • The Process: A premium service begins when you contact us via our official channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Email). We will conduct an online check-up, evaluate your unique health condition person-to-person, and then design your custom plan.
  • Personalized Nature: Your paid diet plan is tailored strictly to your body, your local area (“Alaka Ka Mutabak”), and your budget. Sharing your premium prescription or therapeutic protocol with others is not recommended, as a plan meant to heal one person could be harmful to another.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

  • Payments: All fees for customized diet plans must be cleared through our approved payment channels, which include direct Bank Transfer and Payoneer.
  • Refund Policy: Because our dietary protocols are custom-built from scratch and require significant clinical analysis for your individual body, all sales for premium diet plans are final. However, we are fully committed to your satisfaction and offer zero-cost ongoing support to adjust your plan until it works perfectly for you.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel ongoing premium consultations if a user exhibits abusive, disrespectful, or fraudulent behavior toward our staff or Lead Dietitian, Roshan Nazar.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect updates in our tools or clinical practice. We will always update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page when changes are made.
